Is Barack Obama a Bleeding heart liberal?

If he is, then he is not going to be elected the next President of the United States of America. If he is not a Bleeding Heart Liberal, then he would change his positions on every major issue like all politicians do. He would tone down his rhetoric on the ‘Iraq War”, he would modify his opposition to international trade, specifically NAFTA. He would have to harden his position on immigration, side-step affordable health-care and socking to the rich. These liberal positions are not viable any more. The United States has moved to the center since the 1970s. This is a far more conservative country than the far-left could ever understand.

Bill Clinton understood the dilemma quite well in 1992 and therefore remained quite non-committal throughout the national campaign. Once elected, he dumped the lefties and made peace with the Republicans. The Left never forgave him for that and his wife finally paid the price for it. All the lefties, discarded by Bill Clinton, have joined the Obama band-wagon and are smiling from ear-to-ear. Barack Obama is nobody’s fool. If he could defeat the formidable Clintons, these lefties should be a piece of cake for him. God forbid, if he is truly a believer, we are in for a very long winter.

    I like Sarah Pailin.
I liked Mother Teresa, too, but that doesn’t mean she should be Vice President
Palin is already under investigation for abuse of power.
That’s even BEFORE she takes office!
Gotta hand it to the GOP for pure audacity!

These are the folks who rape the environment and call it the Healthy Forests Initiative.
They rain death from the sky and call it a Patriot Missile
Now they put up Bush in a bra and call her a maverick.
    Wow, what hutzpah!
