Hypocrisy is another word for American Foreign Policy. When there was an attack on American soil, an invasion was imminent and justified. But when a democracy of a billion people is invaded, restraint is the ‘mantra’ from the fellow democracy. This is not just hypocrisy, it is disgraceful. The United States of America should be ashamed of itself. Does India really need such friends? This was an opportunity of a lifetime and America screwed up. President George W Bush invaded Iraq without any excuse but made excuses when it came to Pakistan. Iran is a phony issue, Pakistan is the real issue. One day, in not too distant a future, a dirty bomb from Pakistan will arrive on the shores of America and create havoc. What do you think India and Indians are going to tell the angry America? Restraint, my friend restraint!
America can not live with a nuclear armed Iran but a Pakistan with nuclear weapons is fine! Do you think President-elect Obama has the brains to understand this idiocy? I am very skeptical. Can you imagine Secretary of State designate, Hillary Clinton and incoming ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice taking strict and decisive action against Pakistan? I am almost certain the new administration is going to try the same medicine that President Harry Truman prescribed 60 years back, coddle Pakistan. It is a reliable and very expensive whore! Let me give some blunt advice to Shri Obama. If you do not take pre-emptive and forceful action against Pakistan in the first 6 months of your administration, you will live to regret your one-term presidency. Pakistan is the most dangerous ticking ‘Bomb’ on this earth!
