		<description><![CDATA[As an abstract notion it is intuitive that a society is unable to progress when a significant percentage of its members are not monetizing their intellectual assets.

In reality, even in the *most* developed nations, we see only a few men cooking dinner day-after-day! or being called minivan-dad&#039;s!!  One hears of &#039;cracks&#039; in the glass ceiling, but the only sound that resonates is that &#039;availability is the most cherished attribute in an employee.&#039;

Sadly, the thought remains a utopian desire, and is an academic excercise at best. Mom&#039;s are the &#039;best&#039;...but not at the workplace!! 

Fortunately for us men, women build social fabric with tight weave that doesn&#039;t drop us along the way. Shame on our double standards...]]></description>
